The first step towards making change in our lives and going beyond what has seemed possible and inevitable is to first know who we are.
Knowing our strengths, our weaknesses, unconscious habits and biases, our deepest fears, longings, motivations, and potentials can help us notice when we are falling into old patterns and when are transcending them. The wisdom and centering knowledge of the Enneagram can help.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal transformation representing nine distinct strategies of how we relate to ourselves, each other, and the world. Knowing and working with your Enneagram type can open up a world of possibilities beyond our habitual, conditioned responses.
The teachings were extremely valuable, and I loved the intentional meditation through the mind, body and heart centres.

Dr. Kirsty Spence
As a certified Integral Master Coach™, International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach and Certified Enneagram Teacher with The Narrative Enneagram, Kirsty has worked professionally for 30 years while developmentally supporting students and leaders through coaching, teaching, and leading initiatives. Kirsty lives in the Town of Blue Mountains, Ontario with her husband and three golden retrievers and works as Associate Dean, Teaching & Undergraduate Studies in the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Michael Lamberti
Michael is a certified Integral Master Coach™ and International Coach Federation certified Associate Certified Coach with 6 years experience using the Enneagram in his coaching work with entrepreneurs and spiritual practitioners. Michael lives in Toronto where he is a Zen practitioner and avid cyclist.
